Website use and paid services

These terms concern the website itself. Our paid services are governed by separate agreements. You can use the website's contact form to send a request about your project so we can respond.

Reviews

Nothing in these terms threatens or penalizes you for posting an honest review, including a negative review. These terms do not require you to remove a review or authorize threats, intimidation, or false accusations to prevent or remove one.

Our website displays reviews, testimonials, and star ratings. We do not pay for reviews or endorsements, and we do not offer review incentives on this website.

Chat assistant

The website's chat assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies to your messages. It answers visitor questions and can collect contact and project details you choose to share so we can follow up. It cannot book a call.

Your chat messages and any details you provide are kept by George Hardscaping and its marketing agency, AQ Marketing. Chat details are also sent to our LeadConnector / HighLevel customer relationship management system so we can respond.

Embedded content and outside tools

Some pages include content from other services, such as videos, maps, social media posts, or reviews. Your browser requests that content from its provider. The provider receives request information and may use its own cookies or browser storage. Our cookie banner does not control the provider's embedded frame.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. The venue for disputes about these terms is state or federal courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
